クリームチーズとラー油の不思議な出会い


こちらは「北海道クリームチーズのラー油和え」。ラー油とクリームチーズという組み合わせは少々意外に思えるかもしれませんが、これが意外に合うんです。チーズとラー油のクセがうまく調和して、絶妙な味わいを実現していますよ。

職人の技が生きた、懐かしの味


こちらは「だし香るこだわり出汁巻玉子 」。出汁巻玉子に使用している出汁は、当店の職人が手作業で丁寧にとったものです。ひとくち食べればなんだかほっこりできる、どこか懐かしい味をお楽しみください。
