Mysterious encounter between cream cheese and raayu

This is "Hokkaido Cream Cheese with Rayu". The combination of raayu and cream cheese may seem a bit unexpected, but it goes surprisingly well together. The cheese and raayu blend well together to create an exquisite flavor.

A nostalgic taste of craftsmanship

This is "Dashi-scented Dashimaki Tamago". The dashi used for the dashimaki tamago is carefully prepared by hand by our chefs. Please enjoy the nostalgic taste of the dashi that will make you feel at home after just one bite.
