すきやきがそのまま詰まった巾着揚げです


こちらは「牛すき焼き巾着揚げ」牛肉をはじめ、お葱、春菊などのすき焼きで用いられる具材をお揚げで包んでカリッと香ばしく揚げた一品です。口にいれると、まるですき焼きがそのまま口の中に入ったかのよう！一風変わった、期間限定の創作和食をぜひご賞味くださいませ。
 

旬の真さばの味は格別！


こちらは「長崎沖 真さばのお刺身」です。この時期に旬を迎える、脂の乗った長崎沖の真さばをお刺身にしました。肉厚の身とさばの旨みが引き立つ、旬の味を感じられる一皿となっています。涼しげな見た目も、食欲をそそりますよ。焼酎や日本酒など、和のお酒との相性が特にいいのでおすすめです。
