In addition to our regular menu, we also offer seasonal menus, and this time of year we are offering nabe dishes that are perfect for the cold season. This is "Yose-konabe", a small hot pot of thick white soup. It uses a variety of ingredients in abundance, and the flavor of the ingredients soaks through and adds color to the flavor. Light yet rich, you can eat as much as you like of this Hakodate-style hot pot. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake or shochu.
 

Duck meat is seared to make it more aromatic.

This is "Seared Duck Seri Nabe". Slightly searing the duck meat makes it more aromatic and gives it an elegant flavor with even more depth. The texture of the crispy Japanese parsley is also irresistible. It is a wonderful time to gather around a hot pot and enjoy the atmosphere.
