希少部位の味わいをご堪能ください


こちらは「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ　～おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース～」。ミスジとは、牛の肩甲骨の内側についているお肉のことで、一頭から3kg程度しかとれない希少部位です。ミスジの箇所は、牛の体の中でもほとんど動くことがなく、それ故に柔らかな食感が楽しめるとして人気です。
当店では、ミスジが持つ本来の味を生かす形で、ステーキに仕上げました。ご来店の際は、ぜひ希少部位の味わいをご堪能くださいませ。
 

確かな旨みと歯ごたえが魅力


こちらは「牛タンの炙り焼き」。美味しく炙った牛タンの炙り焼きは、歯ごたえが抜群、噛むごとに旨みが口の中に広がります。牛タンの旨みを逃すことなく、ふっくらと焼き上げておりますので、ジューシーさと旨みを同時に味わっていただけますよ。
