こちらは「濃厚白湯の寄せ小鍋」。いろいろな食材を使ったお鍋で、素材の旨味がしっかりと染み出し、味わいに彩りを加えてくれています。あっさりなのに濃厚で、いくらでも食べられそうな白湯仕立てのお鍋です。お好みの日本酒や焼酎などと一緒にお楽しみください。
 

ジューシーな炙り鴨を上品にいただく


こちらは「炙り鴨のセリ鍋」。鴨肉はちょっと炙ることで、より香り高くなり、味わいにも深みが生まれています。シャキシャキとしたセリの食感もたまりません。ほっこりとした上品な味わいが特徴の、当店でも非常に人気のあるメニューとなっております。
