焼酎の種類もいろいろです


焼酎は、原料によって味が大きくかわります。芋焼酎であれば、「極芋」「黒霧島」「一刻者」「三岳」「富乃宝山」など、濃厚な飲み口ながら味わいはさまざま。米焼酎の「神の河」「白岳　しろ」、しそ焼酎の「鍛高譚」などは、比較的すっきりと飲めるでしょう。同じお米が原料でも、日本酒とは味わいが変わってくるのが面白いですね。
