This is "Blackened Domestic Oyadori Chicken". Kuroyaki refers to a cooking method in which ingredients are steamed and grilled black. We use carefully selected Japanese oyadori chicken, which is packed with flavor, to bring out the full flavor of the meat. This is "Respect! Herb Sausage Seared". The aromatic and juicy herb sausage has an excellent crunchy texture, and the more you bite into it, the more the flavor of the meat overflows, making it a very popular menu item.
