Artisan Grilled Seared Oyama Bird


We offer a seared menu using Daisen Dori, a brand-name local chicken. You can order from a single skewer or an assortment of skewers.
 
For a hearty Oyama chicken meal, we recommend the Oyama chicken thigh and Japanese oyadori blackened chicken mix. Try the tenderness and umami of the Oyama chicken.
