Today is the first day of spring! We have dishes you will want to eat in this new season!

<![CDATA[こんにちは、全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 調布南口店PR担当です。
Today is February 3. In past years, today would be Setsubun, but in 2021, if we apply the 24 solar terms, yesterday, February 2, was Setsubun.
So today is the day of Risshun. Why don't you celebrate this day, which marks the start of a new season, at our restaurant? We have dishes using vegetables that are counted as one of the seven spring herbs, and we also have dishes that will blow away the cold weather that is still lingering.
We will introduce some of these attractive dishes.

One-pot dish using "Japanese parsley," one of the seven spring herbs

First, we would like to introduce you to this hot pot where you can enjoy both vegetables and meat. This is the "Seared Duck Seri Nabe," in which seri and duck are the "double star" of the dish.
Japanese parsley is one of the seven spring herbs. Among the seven spring herbs, celeri is a vegetable with so much charm that it is said to have absolutely nothing to throw away. This dish is full of vegetables such as Japanese parsley, which is characterized by its crunchy texture, and pea shoots.
Another star of the dish is duck. The duck meat, characterized by its resilient texture and delicious flavor, is a perfect match for the crunchy vegetables. Zosui (rice porridge), ramen or udon noodles are also available. It is a very satisfying dish.

Let's warm up with a light and thick soup!

This is another one-pot dish that warms the body. It is "Yose-konabe", a small hot pot of thick white hot water.
As you can see, we use a thick white soup. The creamy broth is the perfect accompaniment to all of the ingredients! The soup is light yet rich, and you will want to drink every last drop of it. You can also enjoy Zosui (rice porridge) or Ramen/Udon noodles as your final meal, which will surely satisfy you!

Whether you are starting a new season or not, we hope you enjoy our cuisine.
