The one-handed chicken skewers are popular as a snack, but the use of brand-name local chicken, Daisen Dori, makes the skewers different from ordinary skewers.

Daisen chicken raised in the great outdoors has good meat quality with less stress and a juicy flavor. We have prepared a variety of skewers using various parts of Daisen chicken.
We offer a wide variety of skewers, including standard skewers, skin skewers, thigh skewers, negima skewers, and tsukune skewers, as well as bonjiri, hatsu, gizzard, liver, garlic mae skewers, etc. You may order as little as one skewer, so please feel free to use it.
