When the weather gets chilly, it is the hot pot dishes that we miss, isn't it? We serve delicious motsu nabe throughout the year, but it becomes even more delicious in the coming chilly season. In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our signature excellent motsu nabe dishes.
 

The standard is white tangle hot pot

Among our signature hot pots, the standard one is the "Shiro-motsunabe. This is a superb nabe in which fresh beef and plenty of mushrooms and vegetables such as leeks, shimeji mushrooms, and green onions are cooked together. The mushrooms and vegetables absorb all of the flavor from the beef, making it so delicious that even those who normally don't like vegetables can easily finish the dish.
As an additional menu item, rice, ramen noodles, udon noodles, and eggs for zosui (rice porridge) are available. If you would like to adjust the ingredients, you can also order beef and vegetables separately.
 

Spicy Taiwanese hot pot is also popular.

If you are a little bored with the standard white motsu nabe, how about "Taiwanese Motsu Nabe"? In addition to beef, juicy minced meat is added as an ingredient. It also contains a larger amount of chili peppers than the standard white hot pot, so it is recommended for those who like a spicy taste. It is a hot pot that goes even better with beer than the standard white mutton hot pot.
