This is "Shiro-motsu nabe" made with plenty of fresh motsu (white meat). It is a popular menu item that allows you to fully enjoy the original flavor and juiciness of the entrails. The dish is also rich in chives and shimeji mushrooms, making it ideal for those who are lacking in vegetables. The richness of the pork and the taste of the soup stock that makes the most of it make this an exquisite nabe.
 

Spicy hot pot is Taiwanese style?

This "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a slightly spicy hot pot. The spiciness promotes perspiration and metabolism. It is recommended for those who are tired as it stimulates the body's appetite.
