Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO-Chofu South Exit Store.

We are in the midst of the joyous GW season. Many of you are probably getting together with friends or going out with your families to feel the breeze of the season. The atmosphere that can only be felt at that time of the year is precious. In the world of cuisine, too, "season" exists, and our restaurant has incorporated the delicacies of the season into each dish.

Enjoy the texture of bamboo shoots and wakame seaweed!

The "Bamboo Shoots and Sanriku Wakame Tempura" is served as a seasonal specialty. Bamboo shoots with a unique texture and thick Sanriku wakame seaweed with concentrated flavor are quickly deep-fried. We use special oil to enhance the taste of the ingredients.

It is a perfect dish to accompany sake. It is a dish suitable for spending a holiday evening with friends while sipping a cup of sake.
