Our restaurant offers motsu-nabe as part of our regular menu. We have everything from standard motsunabe to slightly different ones. If you are in the mood to order alcohol to go with your motsunabe, please visit our restaurant.

Standard and tasty white morotsu nabe

The white motsu nabe we offer is a standard and tasty motsu nabe, also known as Hakata's specialty. We use only domestically produced shimachou (Japanese chub mackerel) for our motsu nabe, which is carefully prepared. This means that you can enjoy the plump meat of the motsu without any odor.

Spicy and irresistible Taiwanese Motsunabe

Another type of motsunabe we offer is Taiwanese motsunabe. The motsunabe is topped with spicy Taiwanese minced meat. We recommend this dish when you want to enjoy a different kind of motsunabe or when you want a spicy hot pot.

You can add more motsu-nabe (hot pot) and vegetables to any of our dishes. You can also add udon noodles, zosui (rice porridge), or ramen noodles for the end of the meal. Please enjoy our delicious motsu-nabe from snacks to the end of the meal in a completely private room.
