Kama," as it is known in grilled tuna, is the part of the tuna adjacent to the fatty part of the tuna. Therefore, it is characterized by its abundant fat, similar to that of Ootoro, and is marbled like Ootoro. Sweet and spicy seared squid with just the right amount of elasticity

It is baked with a generous amount of sweet and spicy sauce that reminds one of a festival stall. The freshness of the squid is the reason for its tenderness and elasticity. Served with mayonnaise on the side for 825 yen (tax included).

In addition to the items introduced here, we also offer a variety of other seared seafood dishes, such as "Aburi-shibari saba (mackerel)" (1,089 yen (tax included)), in which the skin is grilled to a savory perfection.
