変わり種の出汁巻き玉子をどうぞ

お酒のおつまみとして人気の出汁巻き玉子の創作料理を作りました。スタンダードなだし香るこだわり出汁巻玉子に、出汁があんになってからむあんかけ出汁巻玉子、濃厚なタルタルソースで食べる出汁巻玉子、さらに食べ応えも抜群のすき焼き出汁巻サンドをご用意しております。

幅広い創作系メニューをご用意しました

いつもと違ったものを食べたいときにもおすすめの、さまざまな創作系メニューをご用意しました。たぬき豆冨や秘伝のタレで食べるパリパリ鶏皮、揚げ餅海苔まみれ、さっぱり食べられる帆立の貝ひもポン酢、クリームチーズとラー油の辛味がたまらない北海道クリームチーズのラー油和えをご用意しました。

ほかにもシャキッとした食感と辛味の両方が楽しめる辛子レンコンの揚げ春巻きや、おつまみにぴったりの栃尾揚げの炙りや自家製チーズかまぼこ、女性にも人気のやわらか豆富と白菜の旨煮や三元豚の黒酢酢豚をご用意しております。
