完全個室空間で、お酒に合う数々の料理を楽しめる「楽蔵調布南口」。当店でご提供している料理の中でも、名物メニューが炙りです。職人の手によって絶妙の火入れで仕上げられる、数々の炙り料理をご用意しております。

本日は当店の名物である、炙りをご紹介します。いろいろなメニューがありますので、ぜひお気に入りの一品をご注文ください。

鶏を使用した串焼き

さまざまな部位を使用した、鶏の串焼きを各種ご用意しました。もも、皮、ねぎ間、レバーとスタンダードなものから、人気の軟骨入りつくね串、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用したささみ串までそろえております。

お好みの部位をご注文いただけるのはもちろん、いろいろな部位を食べたいときにおすすめの串焼きもご用意しております。

職人が手掛ける、さまざまな炙りもご用意しております。希少部位である大山どりの鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き山葵添えや、さわやかなバジルの香りがたまらない粗挽きバジルソーセージの炙り、さっぱり食べらえる厳選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢、同じく希少部位の特選牛ミスジのステーキ・おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースがございます。

牛中落カルビ大串・豚肩ロース大串・鶏トロ大串を盛り付けた楽蔵の3種大串肉盛りもぜひお試しください。
