秋の魚といえば秋刀魚を思い浮かべる方も多いのではないでしょうか。旬を迎えた秋刀魚は脂がのって、抜群においしいですよね。当店でも「季節のおすすめ」で秋刀魚の逸品をご用意していますよ。今回は、おすすめの秋刀魚のメニューをご紹介します。

期間限定！まもなく終了

期間限定でご用意している秋メニュー「秋刀魚の竜田揚げ なめ茸おろし」は、脂の乗った秋刀魚を香ばしい竜田揚げにした一品。脂っぽくなりすぎないよう、なめ茸おろしを添えています。ジューシーさとさっぱり感のバランスの良い逸品は、パクパク食べてしまう絶妙なおいしさ。ちょっぴり濃いめに下味をつけているため、生ビールやレモンサワーなどお酒との相性も抜群です！

鰹もおすすめ

「季節のおすすめ」には、戻り鰹を使った「焼津産一本釣り鰹たたき」も登場しています。一本釣りの鰹をぜいたくに使ったたたきは、旨みが濃く、何度でも食べたくなるおいしさ。静岡県産の茶葉を加え燻しているため、芳醇な香りがお楽しみいただけるのもポイント。いくつか薬味をお持ちいたします。お好みの組み合わせでお楽しみください。
