上質な大山どりを使用

串焼きに使用している食材は「大山どり」です。

水も空気も綺麗な大山山麓で育った大山どりはジューシーで肉質も柔らかく、鶏肉特有の鶏臭さも一切感じられません。

焼き方を担当するのは当店が誇る腕利きの職人です！

一本一本丁寧に心を込めて火入れした串焼きは香ばしく、ギュッと凝縮された旨みもしっかりとお楽しみいただけます。

バラエティ豊かな品々がラインナップ

メニューは「もも」「ねぎま」「皮」「レバー」と定番のメニューを中心にご用意しました。

串焼きとしては珍しい「ささみ」もございます。

単品のなかでぜひともご賞味いただきたいのが「軟骨入りつくね」です。

卵黄を追加オーダーし、たっぷり絡めればさらに絶品です。

「ひやしぼり 大吟醸」など2銘柄はワイングラスにてご提供いたします。

焼酎は芋・麦・黒糖・米・泡盛・蕎麦・和ハッカ＆芋とバラエティ豊富な原料から造られた銘柄をオーダー可能です。
