当店では、毎日新鮮な魚介類の仕入れを行っています。旬のお魚をはじめとした鮮魚のお造りもご用意しました。

その日の仕入れによって内容が異なる本日のお造りをはじめ、いろいろな種類のお造りが楽しめる3種盛りと5種盛りをご用意しました。テーブルでシェアしたいときにもぜひご利用ください。

香ばしさとボリュームが増した魚介の炙り

当店の名物の炙りには、魚介類の炙りも各種ご用意しております。エイヒレの炙り焼き、イカの甘辛炙りや炙り〆鯖の素材のうまみを活かした炙りから、鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼きや海老の肉巻き串とひと工夫が光る魚介の炙りもそろえております。

その日の仕入れによって内容が変わる、本日のカマ焼きもご用意しました。ぜひ当店自慢の魚介の炙りもご賞味ください。
