大山の大自然のなかでのびのびと育てられた大山どりは、肉質のよさと上品な脂が調和したブランド鶏です。この大山どりを一本一本ていねいに串打ちして、職人の技で炙った串焼きは、当店の人気メニューのひとつといえます。
