落ち着いた雰囲気の完全個室空間にて、お酒やお食事が楽しめる「全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 調布南口店」。当店では、いろいろなメニューのなかでも特に名物メニューとして、炙りをおすすめしております。

本日は当店でご用意している、職人が手掛ける自慢の炙りメニューをご紹介します。メニューのボリュームも大満足のものがそろっております。ぜひお好みのメニューをお試しください。

ブランド地鶏の大山どりを使用したメニュー

お酒のおつまみとして定番である鶏の串焼きは、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用しております。

部位はももや、皮、レバー、ねぎま、軟骨いりつくねとスタンダードながら人気のものをそろえました。いろいろな部位を食べたいときや、シェアしたいときなどにもおすすめの盛り合わせもございます。

ジューシーな肉の炙りも豊富です

職人が火入れを行った、肉の炙りも豊富にご用意しました。

希少部位である大山どり鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き山葵添えや、たれか塩が選べる栗豚使用豚タンの大串焼き（たれ・塩）、ビールがすすむ粗挽きバジルソーセージの炙りや極旨鉄板スパイシーチキンをご用意しました。

ほかにもさっぱりと食べられる厳選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢や、同じく希少部位である特選牛ミスジのステーキおろし玉葱とリンゴのソースもございます。

豪快にワンプレートで楽しめる楽蔵の3種大串肉盛り（牛中落カルビ大串・豚肩ロース大串・鶏トロ大串）もぜひどうぞ。
