At Rakuzo Utage Ebina Ekimae, in addition to our regular menu, we offer many seasonal specials and other menu items.
In this issue, we introduce a menu of snacks recommended for the cold season that will make your drinks go down a notch.
Tempura goes well with hot sake or shochu during the cold season. At our restaurant, we serve creamy cod milt in a crispy tempura. The outside is crispy, but once you take a bite, you can enjoy the creamy texture of the albacore.
Of course, deep-fried dishes such as tempura and fried food are the best accompaniments to drinks, but juicy sausages are no less good. The juices overflowing like those of a high-class hamburger steak are only possible with carefully selected sausages. Enjoy both the delicious juices and the crispy texture that only sausages can offer.
The assorted skewers are useful when you want to enjoy drinks slowly. We offer five skewers: thigh, negima, white motsu, chicken skin, and liver. You can order either salt or sauce as you like.
Our restaurant offers a variety of snack menus perfect for each season.
