An indispensable accompaniment to good food is a good beverage that complements the food. We are especially proud of our shochu lineup! In this issue, we would like to introduce some of the shochu we are proud to offer.

Customers have different tastes in shochu, such as sweet potato, rice, and barley. At our store, we try to meet the diverse tastes of our customers,50We have more than 2 types of shochu available.
Shochu is available by the glass or bottle, so if you have a favorite brand, please feel free to order it by the bottle. We also recommend ordering by the bottle for those who are entertaining guests with a glass of shochu.
 

If you are lucky, you may be able to find a rare brand!

In addition to the shochu we always have available, if your timing is good, you may be able to find a hard-to-find brand called "premier shochu". When you visit us, please ask our staff if we stock any rare brands.
Shochu lovers are sometimes offered a chance to try Mitake, a rare shochu from Yakushima Island, which is said to be a must-try. The shochu produced in one of Japan's most famous water sources is known for its purity and lack of peculiarities, making it easy to pair with any dish. Why not take this opportunity to try this much talked-about shochu?
