We have1In addition to our year-round menu, we also have a seasonal menu that is only available for a limited time. We currently have a winter-only menu, but have you had a chance to try it yet? We would like to introduce a few of them to you.
 

Enjoy seasonal cold yellowtail with local cuisine


Oita's local delicacy, Ryukyu (cold yellowtail).
1Yellowtail is delicious all year round, but it becomes even more delicious in winter when it becomes fatty. Ryukyu, a local Oita delicacy, is yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce.
The taste is different from that of soy sauce alone, and is known to be addictive. We use our original kneaded sesame seeds to bring out the richness and aroma. Please enjoy it with sake.
 

Excellent hot pot with plenty of vegetables


Seared Duck in a Seri Hot Pot
Delicious hot pots for the cold season are now available on our winter-only menu. The "Seared duck with Japanese parsley nabe" uses plenty of rooted parsley and pea shoots. The vegetables absorbing the duck broth are outstandingly delicious!
If you want to fully enjoy the richness of the duck soup, please enjoy it until the end of the nabe. Zosui (rice porridge), ramen noodles, and udon noodles are available to finish the nabe.

Basque Chocolat Cheesecake
Basque cheesecake is a rich cheesecake made in the French gastronomic city of Basque. It is very popular in the area. We have added chocolate to Basque cheesecake to make it even more delicious.
