You can also take out and enjoy at home the skewers of "Daisen-dori," a brand-name chicken raised in Tottori and other San'in regions.
We offer three types of skewers: Tsukune skewers with cartilage, Negima skewers, and liver skewers. The Tsukune and Negima skewers offer the elasticity of the Daisen chicken, while the liver skewers offer fresh, odorless meat. These skewers are the perfect accompaniment for a drink at home!
