Seared beef tongue that can be cut into thick slices and still be crispy

Beef tongue is a popular dish at yakiniku restaurants. While thinly sliced slices are common at yakiniku restaurants, we prepare thick slices of beef tongue so that our customers can enjoy not only the flavor but also the texture of the beef tongue. The fact that the beef tongue is crispy and easy to bite through in relation to the thickness of the meat is a result of our commitment to using only the highest quality beef tongue. This is our signature dish and is priced at 1,529 yen (tax included).

Our signature menu item is the "Meat Platter," which allows you to enjoy beef, pork, and chicken on a single plate. We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. Beef with condensed flavor will give you a delicious taste as you bite into it. The pork is rich in fat and you can enjoy the sweetness of the fat. The chicken is served with three different sauces, so please try which sauce goes best with each meat. 1,309 yen (tax included)
