Introducing popular rice dishes to finish off your meal | RAKUZO-RAKUZO Ebina Ekimae Branch

Many of our customers are unsure of what to order to finish off their meal. We want to finish with our favorite specialty for the last bite. In this issue, we would like to introduce some popular rice dishes that are chosen as the closing dish. Please take a look at them as a reference for your order.
 

Ochazuke is a hot dish that can be eaten even on a hot day!


Chazuke" is the most popular dish for the end of the meal. Since it is carried smoothly down the throat, it is well received as being easy to eat even in the hot season when the body is suffering from summer fatigue. Three flavors are available: nori tsukudani and tenkasu, salmon, and plum. Since ochazuke contains a lot of water, you will find that eating it will relieve your body after drinking.

The "TKG with Yakitori Tsukune to finish" is very popular with customers who have never seen such a gorgeous tamago-kakegohan (rice topped with an egg). It is a hearty bowl of rice topped with a generous portion of yakitori tsukune, which is typical of our restaurant. The sweet and spicy yakitori sauce will keep your rice going. We recommend this dish not only as a finale, but also as a way to calm the hungry at the start of the meal.
The "Dashimaki Oyako Meshi" is just as popular as the "TKG with Yakitori Tsukune to Finish". It is lavishly topped with dashimaki tamago, one of the restaurant's most popular dishes. Many customers find it hard to decide between the ochazuke and the rice because the chicken broth allows the rice to be eaten without any liquid.
