<![CDATA[こんにちは、全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 海老名駅前店PR担当です。
As we feel the cold of winter today, the best way to warm up your body is to drink warm drinks. Drinking alcoholic beverages such as sake or shochu with hot water will warm up your body.
To enjoy sake even more, it is essential to have accompaniments for it. Today, we would like to introduce some dishes that go perfectly with Japanese alcoholic beverages such as sake and shochu.
We recommend the following dishes to accompany sake and shochu, starting with the "Aburi" type menu.
Speaking of seared dishes, they go great with sake and shochu! Among them, we recommend the "Seared Surume Cuttlefish with Sweet and Spicy Sauce". The squid is stewed in a sweet and spicy sauce, so the more you chew, the more flavor you get out of it. We also recommend changing the flavor with mayonnaise or lemon!
The next dish is a seared meat dish. This is our specialty, "3 kinds of meat".
This is our recommended dish that needs no explanation. It is an assortment of three different kinds of meat with different charms: Nakauraki Kalbi, Tokusen Pork, and Wakadori (young chicken).
It goes well with all kinds of alcoholic beverages such as beer and highballs as well as Japanese sake!
How about this simple dish at the end? It is "Tataki cucumber with ume plum paste".
Lightly flavored cucumber with a hint of ume plum. The gentle and simple flavor enhances the aroma and taste of Japanese sake.
Of course, these are not the only dishes that go well with Japanese sake. There are many other recommended dishes! Please be sure to order a variety of them!
