Recommended for after-drinking! Introducing our popular Shime-no-me dish.

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Ebina Ekimae.

After enjoying alcoholic beverages to the fullest, don't you want to eat rice or noodles as a "shime"? Our restaurant offers a variety of rice dishes, from those that will gently soothe your body after drinking to those that pack a punch to whet your appetite. In this issue, we would like to introduce our popular "shime-noodle dish with rice".

Yakitori Tsukune TKG to finish" - Mild harmony of Tsukune and egg yolk!

This beautifully colored tsukune (grilled chicken meatballs) with plenty of sauce, egg yolk, and chopped green onion make up this tsukune tsukune gohan (tsukune rice with egg yolk). Just looking at this exquisite tamago-kakegohan (rice topped with an egg) will whet your appetite. Incidentally, "TKG" stands for tamagokakegohan.

You can either bite into the tsukune or cut it into small pieces and mix it with the sparkling egg yolk. The rice is soaked with the sauce from the tsukune, and the mild and harmonious flavor will spread in your mouth. It is an addictive taste!

Stone-roasted garlic rice with chickenIt is hot and warms the body!

The chicken, chopped into pieces, combined with the garlic rice, makes for a very tasty dish. The well-seasoned and garlicky flavor is very appetizing, and you can gobble it up.

Garlic has a warming effect on the body, and the stoneware keeps the dish hot to the last minute! It will keep your body warm from the inside after being chilled by alcohol.

Sweets are also recommended after the shime. Ice cream, pudding, and cheesecake are available. The perfect size and gentle sweetness will not weigh you down after a night of drinking. We hope you will enjoy them.
