Delicious menu with seasonal seafood

We offer a variety of seasonal menu items using fresh and delicious seafood that is in season this time of year. We have created a cutlet using the freshest fresh hamo (Japanese conger eel). The outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy. Please enjoy it with a refreshing dip of ponzu (Japanese plum sauce with grated ume paste) or sansho salt.

 

We also made kombujime, a delicate medallion. The medallions, with the added umami of the kelp, can be served with lemon or plenty of condiments, as desired.

We also offer a seasonal menu with premium ingredients. The kabayaki using seasonal eel is selected for its plump and thick meat. Please enjoy our carefully grilled kabayaki.

 

We also offer a sumptuous steak made exclusively from the thigh meat of Japanese black beef. Served with salt and lemon or soy sauce based garlic chips.
