A New Arrangement of Dashi-maki Tamago (Japanese style egg rolls) with a hint of dashi (Japanese soup stock) is now available! | RAKUZO Ebina Ekimae Branch

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Ebina Ekimae.

Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg), made with a generous amount of our carefully selected golden dashi broth, is one of our most popular menu items. Many of our customers keep coming back for more. We have added a new twist to our popular dashimaki tamago menu. If you have not tried it yet, please take this opportunity to order it.

Rich, beer-friendly arrangement

The "Dashi Aroma Dashi Kochi Dashimaki Tamago" is a delicacy with a light and refreshing taste, but the newly introduced arrangement has a different, richer flavor than the standard version. Have you tried the Dashimaki Tamago with Tartar Sauce yet? The rich tartar sauce is also made with plenty of fresh eggs. The deep flavor of egg x egg is truly exquisite! The arrangement with a stronger flavor has brushed up to a dish that goes even better with beer. Because of its mildness, it is also recommended for children's meal menu.

Plenty of our special soup stock.

Of course, the arranged menu item, "Dashi-maki Tamago with Tartar Sauce," also uses plenty of dashi, which is a special kind of soup stock. The dashi soup stock, which the chefs spend a lot of time and effort to make from the morning, has a beautiful golden color and is free of any unpleasant taste. When you break the dashimaki tamago with chopsticks, the dashi will start to overflow from the inside. The key to the fluffiness of our dashimaki tamago is the generous amount of dashi we use. Please pay attention to the dashi when you enjoy our dashimaki tamago.
