Use of higher grade ingredients

The "Four Seasons Kaiseki Course" is the most luxurious of all our courses. The course includes 8 dishes in total, and all of the ingredients used in the dishes are of a higher grade. As the name "Four Seasons" implies, many ingredients that are in season in autumn are used. Our menu is designed so that you can enjoy the autumn season with both the eyes and the palate.

The main course will be "Kuroge Wagyu Beef Steak". The steak will be simply cooked so that you can fully appreciate the delicate flavor of high-quality Japanese black beef. Please enjoy it with our special sauce. Shrimp, nodoguro (northern bluefin tuna), and crab will also be available. Please look forward to seeing what kind of dishes will be brought to your table. The Four Seasons Kaiseki Course is priced at 6,000 yen per person (tax included).
