当店特製の醤油ベースのタレを、ご飯がくずれないように注意しながら何度も重ねづけをし、時間をかけてこんがりと仕上げるまで丁寧に焼き上げる当店自慢の一品です。口に入れると香ばしいにおいがふわっと広がりますよ。おこげのようにこんがりと仕上がった表面の食感もぜひお楽しみください。
