Beef and seafood course


For business banquets, you want to choose a menu that is pleasing to the eye as well as the ingredients. The Kuzushi Kaiseki Course is recommended for business occasions. For the main course, a specially selected beef steak is served.

Other menu items include tempura of sea bream and shrimp, three kinds of sashimi, and other elegant dishes that incorporate Japanese cuisine techniques.

A course in which you can enjoy a hearty seri nabe as the main dish.


Kuzushi Kaiseki Course is also available as a nabe course where the main dish is a hot pot for the same price. In the nabe course, seri nabe is prepared as the main course. Please enjoy a generous portion of seseri along with seared duck, a low-calorie, low-fat, high-protein ingredient.

This healthy and elegant hot pot is recommended as a course for a girls' party.
