Albacore and hot pot! Season's Recommendations" includes all the foods you want to eat this winter!

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Ebina Ekimae.

The cold weather is continuing, but are you enjoying winter to the fullest? Why don't you enjoy foods that are in season during the winter and dishes that are delicious this time of year? In this issue, we would like to introduce two dishes from our "Season's Recommendations," a limited-time-only menu recommended for this season. Both are delicious dishes that allow you to enjoy winter to the fullest. We hope you will enjoy these dishes for your seasonal dining scene.

The melt-in-your-mouth albacore is excellent!

Milt is one of the most luxurious ingredients that come into season in winter. Its rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture are truly exquisite. Many customers probably look forward to eating albacore in winter. The "Deep-fried Shirako and Shirako Soy Tofu" (649 yen, tax included) is an excellent dish to enjoy this luxurious ingredient in deep-fried form. As you can see from the menu name, the key point is the appearance of not only the standard milt but also milt tofu. Shirako-dofu is made by carefully kneading the milt with kuzu flour and straining it until smooth. It is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process, but it is a gem that is different from milt and offers a higher grade of elegance. By deep-frying it, the dashi broth is well mixed in, making it a great snack with sake.

Once you try it, you will definitely want to eat it again soon. This is a limited time product, so please enjoy it a lot during the winter!

Enjoy a hot pot.

One of the dishes that we miss in winter is hot pot. Just looking at the steam rising from the pot is enough to warm you up. Recommended for a seasonal dinner party is the "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup) for 979 yen (tax included). Nabe is often the main course of a course meal, but we have also prepared it as a stand-alone menu item that can be ordered as a small pot for one person. The portions are easy to order, making it a good choice for daily meals. Even though it is a small nabe, it is very satisfying with plenty of chicken, tsukune with cartilage bones, white meat fish, etc. The umami-rich nabe broth from the ingredients is irresistible!
