Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Store.
Today, we would like to introduce our specialty "Yakitori," grilled domestic chicken on skewers.
Today, I would like to introduce a few details about yakitori.
Yakitori is cooked in a "yakitori kiki," which is often found in yakitori restaurants, and a certain amount of unnecessary fat is removed, making it healthy and concentrating the flavor of the meat, further enhancing its deliciousness. The sauce used for yakitori is very important and enhances the flavor of the meat.
There are two main types of seasoning: sweet and spicy sauce made from soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, and salt. Recently, wasabi, umeboshi (Japanese plum), yuzu salt, and various other seasonings have been used with the garnish.
The yakitori itself comes in many varieties, including Negima, Kawa, Tsukune, Liver, Kokoro, Tosaka, Tebasaki, Sasami, Hatsu, Tsukune, Yagen, Bonjiri, Gizzard, and many more. Recently, tomatoes and other vegetables have also become popular!
There are various ways to eat it, with some people removing each bite from the skewer before eating it, while others bite into the whole skewer. Physically, the more closely the ingredients are attached to each other, the less likely they are to cool, so it is more reasonable to eat them in order from the top of the skewer without removing it.
Our yakitori menu is very extensive.
