Introducing our recommended summer banquet course | Rakura Utage Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Store.

Our restaurant offers a variety of banquet courses for each season.

This time, we would like to introduce our "Summer Banquet Course" which will be offered until September 9.

Both courses boast ingredients that are in season during the summer.

Seasonal Creation Course" featuring creative dishes of meat and fish

The "Seasonal Creation Course," featuring two creative main courses of meat and fish, is our most popular course.

For seafood, we offer "Deep-fried Red Fish in batter with Yuzu Soy Sauce" which is a delicious white fish with fatty flesh.

For the grilled dish, we offer juicy "oven-baked young chicken with curry mustard sauce".

The 10-course menu features creative dishes with a twist, such as "Dashimaki Tamago with Shirasu Mentaiko (cod roe)" and "Kabayaki Eggplant with Spiced Vegetables".

 

Seasonal Taste Course" using a variety of seasonal ingredients

The "Seasonal Taste Course" is popular for its abundant use of seasonal flavors.

In this course, we offer "Deep-fried white-meat fish and squid in batter with refreshing white grated radish" for "Seafood" and "Oven-baked special pork with Japanese pepper and wasabi sauce" for "Grilled dish".

Both main dishes are served with a light, summery sauce of white grated radish and wasabi (Japanese horseradish).

Enjoy the taste of the season with a total of 10 dishes.
