The "Kuzushi Kaiseki Course, 12 dishes, all-you-can-drink for 2 hours" is a banquet course featuring a variety of excellent kaiseki dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients.

Start with the appetizer "Edamame and Surimi no Fluffy Tempura" and enjoy the rich flavor and pleasant texture. The "Dashimaki Tamago with Shirasu Mentaiko (cod roe), Deep-fried Corn with Scented Corn, Kabayaki Eggplant with Spiced Vegetables" is a perfect appetizer for the still hot weather with its deep flavor and appetizing savory aroma.

The next dish, "Summer Vegetables and Cold Shabu Salad," is a refreshing dish. It is also nice to have "salted boiled edamame" as an oryogi. Of course, you can also enjoy the freshness of fish with the "Three Kinds of Sashimi Assortment" and "Tempura of Seasonal Fish and Vegetables".
