Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

 

Have you ever heard of Daisen-dori?

Daisen in Tottori Prefecture is 1709 meters above sea level. It is the highest peak in the Chugoku region and is also called Hokifuji (伯耆富士), a beautiful mountain. The area of beautiful nature around Mt. Daisen is designated as a national park and is also known as a natural water production area.

Raised in fresh groundwater and clean air, Daisen chicken is a brand name chicken with a good balance of fat and juicy, flavorful meat.

Please enjoy our signature juicy yakitori made with delicious Oyama chicken!

 

Seasoning can be "tare" or "shio" (salt)!

You can choose either "sauce" or "salt" for each Oyama chicken skewer. Please specify when ordering.

If you can't decide which one to try, how about the classic "Oyama Dori Negima Skewer"? The "Daisen Tori Liver Skewer" and "Daisen Tori Gizzard Skewer" are also recommended.

If you want to eat together, the "Oyama Dori Kushiyaki Assortment" allows you to enjoy various parts of the chicken. Depending on the number of people, you can choose from a 5-piece or 8-piece set.
