Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

How is everyone doing in the bitter cold of January? Many of you must be longing for hot dishes during the cold season. Our restaurant offers a menu with recommendations for each of the four seasons, and we are currently preparing a winter menu.

First, we will introduce a warm hot pot dish!

Seared duck in a seri pot (from 2 servings) / 1,290 yen (excluding tax)

The first item is a warm one-pot dish, "Seared Duck with Seri Nabe". It is filled with vegetables such as crispy Japanese parsley with roots and bean sprouts. Why not try this nabe dish with Japanese parsley, which is also used in the seven herbs porridge? We hope you enjoy it.

Yose small pot of thick white hot water / 890 yen (tax not included)

In addition to seri-nabe, we also offer "Yose-konabe of thick Hakucho soup" in which you can enjoy the rich Hakucho soup. It is infused with the full flavor of the ingredients! To finish off the meal, we offer "Zosui set / 200 yen (excluding tax)" and "Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)", so please enjoy the dish to the fullest.

We also have desserts on our winter menu. This is the "Original Oreo Cheesecake" made with rich Hokkaido cream cheese and Oreos. The bitterness of the Oreo gives this dessert a mature taste.
