A moderately satisfying accompaniment to alcoholic beverages

Kimcheese baked minced beef tongue and potatoes / 759 yen (tax included)

First, we would like to introduce "Kim Cheese Grilled Minced Beef Tongue and Potatoes," which uses hokuhoku potatoes. The rich cheese and the beef tongue combine to make a dish that goes well with sake. We recommend this moderately satisfying menu item.

Tempura of bamboo shoots and Sanriku wakame seaweed / 715 yen (tax included)

If you want to enjoy seasonal ingredients, try the Bamboo Shoots and Sanriku Sanwakame Tempura! This dish features crunchy seasonal bamboo shoots and Sanriku wakame seaweed. Please enjoy it with the accompanying cherry salt.
