Delicious and crunchy! In-season hamo (Japanese conger eel)

Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt / 979 yen (tax included)

The first item we would like to introduce is "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with plum paste, grated ponzu sauce and sansho salt", which allows you to enjoy hamo (Japanese conger eel) that is in season in the summer. The hamo (conger eel) is freshly cured and wrapped in a crispy batter. The texture of the batter and the fluffy inside of the hamo will surely make you eat and drink more. The hamo is served with grated ume plum paste and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt, making it a refreshing dish.
