Obon has passed, but the weather is still very hot. How is everyone doing? As the weather gradually changes to the cooler season, are you enjoying the seasonal delicacies of the season? Next up is a crispy deep-fried dish called "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt. The surface is crispy and the hamo meat inside is soft and fluffy. It is recommended as an accompaniment to a variety of alcoholic beverages such as beer and shochu. Please enjoy it with sake.
