Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Store.

Our restaurant is a private izakaya where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine with a focus on seared dishes and carefully selected alcoholic beverages.

As the season will soon be summer, we have prepared a new summer menu using summer ingredients.

Chili Con Carne Loaded Fries - Thick Cut Potato Chips

Loaded fries are a dish of French fries topped with a generous amount of sauce and various other ingredients. It is a great snack with thick slices of fried potato chips topped with chili con carne and cheese!

Grilled corn - grilled corn with charred soy sauce Grilled corn with charred soy sauce

Summer is all about corn! By cooking the corn with the skin, the flavor and sweetness of the corn is concentrated. The burnt soy sauce adds an even more savory flavor!

Goya Chanpuru (fried pork and tofu with bitter gourd)

This is another classic summer Okinawan dish. US alt-pork is used for the pork, which has a succulent flavor!
