Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

October has arrived. Although the summer started late this year, it was very hot on hot days and then calmed down after a while, resulting in a summer with a sharp difference in temperature. I hope everyone is feeling well.

We are gradually approaching the cold season. Speaking of cold weather, hot pot is the best choice. At our restaurant, we proudly serve our signature motsunabe all year round. We hope you will enjoy our hot pot when you visit us.

The flavor of the plump pork belly is outstanding!

This is the "White Motsunabe" which is made with plenty of fresh motsu. You can fully enjoy the delicious taste of the motsu. The dish is rich in garnishes such as chives and shimeji mushrooms, so you will not get bored until the very end. The richness of the pork and the taste of the soup stock that makes the most of it make this an exquisite nabe.

Spicy hot pot to promote alcohol consumption

This "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a slightly spicy hot pot. The spiciness will warm you up, and the drink is also delicious. Please enjoy it with beer.

All of these hot pots are available for a minimum order of two servings. We also offer side dishes such as rice, udon noodles, ramen noodles, and rice for zosui (rice porridge), as well as other side dishes such as motsu, vegetables, and eggs, so please add to your order as you like and enjoy the motsu nabe until the end of the meal.
