Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

We have prepared a number of seasonal menus featuring the flavors of autumn. All of them are made with seasonal ingredients and are a must-try for everyone.

This time, we would like to introduce two dishes from the menu that we are very happy to serve as the main course and as a finishing touch. We are very proud of both of them, and we have received many orders for them.

 

Steak with a strong beef flavor

This is the "Japanese A4 Wagyu Red Meat Steak. Our chefs not only grill the high-quality Wagyu beef, but also make sure that the juices and flavor are retained in the meat. One bite of this dish is sure to make your mouth water and your cheeks loose. Please enjoy it with your favorite seasoning such as "herb salt" or wasabi.

 

Spicy and spicy kuppa rice to finish off the meal.

This is "spicy kalbi kuppa to finish". It is based on a thick broth made from beef and vegetables, and is a dish that can be eaten even with a full stomach. This dish is popular as a closing dish, but it can also be enjoyed as a meal.
