Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

It is now late January, how are you all doing? If you were busy in the first half of January, many of you must be thinking about having a New Year's party soon. We have prepared a number of banquet courses recommended for New Year's parties.

Today we would like to introduce our recommended courses.

 

Fish and meat course

Seasonal course] 10 dishes, all-you-can-drink for 2 hours, 4,400 yen (tax included)

The course content is as follows

Vegetable] Mentaiko Potato Salad with Tofu Isobe-age, Chicken and Chinese cabbage with ponzu sauce, Spinach with nori and Dashi-maki Tamago (rolled egg with broth)

Sashimi] Assorted 3 kinds of sashimi

Deep-fried white fish and radish in batter with yuzu bean paste

Grilled Chicken with Sweet Vinegar Teriyaki Sauce

Chirashi Sushi with Salmon and Takana

Starting with three types of appetizers, this course offers a variety of creative seasonal dishes. The lineup is well-balanced, as you can enjoy fish and meat dishes as well as vegetables. We hope you will enjoy this satisfying 10-course menu.
