Warm menu for spring, too!

Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

We have finally entered March. Although the daytime weather has become more spring-like, it suddenly gets cold at night, a characteristic of this time of year. Are you getting sick because you can't keep up with the temperature changes?
In such a case, the best thing to do is to eat a full meal of warm food. Today, we would like to introduce a menu that is also recommended for this season.

 

Plenty of vegetables! Taiwanese Motsu Hot Pot

We offer two types of hot pots: the simple "White Motsunabe" and the "Taiwanese Motsunabe" accented with chili peppers.
If you want to warm up your body from the inside out, we recommend the Taiwanese hot pot. The spiciness of the hot pot will stimulate your body and make you sweat. The more you chew, the more umami you will get from the plump meat, and the richer the flavor, the more you will enjoy it. The dish is full of vegetables such as chives and bean sprouts, making it nutritious as well. If you order any of Zosui, Ramen, or Udon to finish off your meal, you will be able to enjoy all of the broth that is full of soup stock.

Here is a dish that will soothe your heart with its dusty texture, "Baron Potatoes Baked in Foil with Butter Cheese". The hot baron potatoes are generously covered with melted cheese. The rich and creamy flavor makes it perfect with sake. The thick bacon also adds umami, making it so delicious that you will not be able to stop eating.
