Hello, I am the PR manager for Ebisu Higashiguchi Ekimae Branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

It is now late July and summer is approaching its peak. Please be careful to avoid heat stroke and summer fatigue in the coming season. Now, why don't you refresh yourself with delicious food to get through the summer?

We are now offering a seasonal menu of recommended dishes. This time, we would like to introduce some of the items from our "Summer Recommendations" menu!

What a surprise, we have procured A4 Japanese black beef from our restaurant! The beef is grilled to perfection, and you can enjoy the unique flavor of the lean meat. This steak is served with spiced soy sauce, wasabi, and lemon salt, perfect for summer! Please order the "A4 Black Wagyu Red Meat Steak" to accompany your beer or wine.
